Aaron E. Brodersen

Aaron E. Brodersen was born July 27, 1971, in Denison, Iowa, the son of Larry and Linda Brodersen. He passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at the Crawford County Memorial Hospital, Denison, IA., after a battle with ALS at the age of forty-three.
Aaron was baptized September 11, 1971, at Zion Lutheran Church in Denison, IA. He was later confirmed at Zion Lutheran on April 27, 1986. He received his education at the Charter Oak-Ute Community Schools and graduated with the class of 1990. During his high school years he worked as a dispatcher in the Comm Center. He farmed part time, loving the planting and harvest seasons. Aaron also had a cow/calf herd, which he took much pride in. He later worked for Bohlmann Inc. in Denison. For the past seventeen years he was employed with UPS.
Aaron was united in marriage to Tani Rosburg on March 19, 1994 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Charter Oak, IA. The couple made their home in Charter Oak and were blessed with the birth of two children, Carter Aaron and Cambri Jae.
Aaron was a member of St John’s Lutheran Church. He volunteered for the Charter Oak Fire Department for many years. Aaron loved spending time with his family, especially taking Carter and Cambri to the Denison Sale Barn on Saturdays. He also enjoyed attending his children's activities and sporting events. Aaron loved being involved with the youth at the Charter Oak Achievement Days and the Crawford County Fair. He had many fond memories of family trips to the Riviera Maya. In his leisure time he loved watching comedy, especially Jeff Dunham, Larry The Cable Guy, and The Big Bang Theory. Aaron was a long time Dallas Cowboys Fan.
Aaron was preceded in death by mother, Linda, his grandparents Raymond Kluender, Eldon and Muriel Brodersen and his mother-in-law, Carol Rosburg. Survivors include his wife Tani and children Carter and Cambri, his father Larry; one brother Brian and grandmother Verla; father-in-law Duke; two brothers-in-law Ty and Natalie; Troy and Kelly; nieces and nephews, Tayla, Garrett, Josh, Zach, Khael and Faith, and their families; special care taker, Deb; many other relatives, friends and wonderful customers of his UPS.
