On January 8, 1973, God granted the gift of life to Abel Agustin Valladares Gomez, of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. He lived his childhood in Escuintla, Guatemala, doing what he enjoyed doing the most, fishing. In his teens he began to feel an attraction towards bus handling. At the age of 18, he reached one of his goals, becoming a professional commercial bus driver, which he enjoyed doing for many years of his life. Convinced of wanting to give his family a better life, he decided to take a trip to the United States where he lived the rest of his life, giving a good example of how to be a responsible, loving father, son and husband. He was a hard working man, dependent of God, doing an excellent job day by day to create pleasant memories for each person.
Survivors include his wife, Ana A. Valladares; children: Teodora C. Valladares, Merly C. Valladares and Josue A. Valladares; six grandchildren.
