Alberta M Buck

Funeral services for Alberta M. Buck was held Monday, January 13, 2014 at 9:30 A.M. at Huebner Funeral Home, Denison, Iowa. Elders Bill Billings and Rick Wilton officiated. Guitarist and vocalists were Bill & Donna Billings, Deanna Lamb, David Lamb & Denise Wilton. Vocal selections were “Just A Closer Walk With Thee” and “The Old, Old Path”. Alberta’s Grandsons and Great Grandsons were the Pallbearers: David Lamb, Jason Thiede, Jeremy Thiede, James Lamb, Caleb Billings and Jacob Lamb. Internment was at the Dow City Cemetery, Dow City, Iowa.
Alberta was proceeded in death by her husband of 64 years, James Rex Buck in 1998; her son, James Leland Buck in 1978; her daughter, Naomi Dee Lamb in 1987; and her 6 siblings. Survivors include her son Gary L (Hazel) Buck; her daughter, Nancy (Larry) Thiede; daughter-in-law, DeLaine Buck; 7 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandsons.
