May 20, 1923 — January 18, 2013

Adelyn Faye Clark, 89 passed away surrounded by family at the Denison Care Center in Denison, Iowa, on January 18, 2013.
She did not let her battle with breast cancer and arthritis diminish her love of life.
Faye was born on May 20, 1923, to Henry J. and Hannah Gessman Hulsebus in Buck Grove, Iowa. She attended school in Buck Grove, Iowa, until moving to Deloit, Iowa, in 1934. She graduated from Deloit High School in 1941. She attended Buena Vista College in Storm Lake, Iowa, for one year.
She married Kenneth Lilleholm in 1944. To this union, one son, Jerry Lilleholm, was born. Kenneth died in 1962. Faye and Jerry lived with her parents for three years while Faye worked for B & B Farm Supply.
On January 14, 1967, Faye and Francis were married and she continued to work at B & B Farm Supply until they moved to a farm south of Denison.
Faye enjoyed working on the farm, driving the tractor, gardening, ceramics, and quilting. She particularly enjoyed her fruit trees, flowering shrubs, and flowers, especially the Eutin roses. Faye and Francis moved to Denison in 1986.
Faye is survived by her husband, Francis; their son, Jerry Lilleholm and his wife, Lois of Ames, Iowa; her grandchildren, Kelly Lilleholm, Eric Lilleholm, and Courtney Lilleholm, all of Lincoln, Nebraska; and four great-grandchildren, all of Lincoln, Nebraska. Faye was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Lester Hulsebus; and a sister who died in childbirth.
