Franklyn Tucker was born on January 9, 1956 in Connersville, Indiana, the son of Herbert and Anna May Tucker. He passed away Friday, August 2, 2019 at Eventide Lutheran Home in Denison, Iowa, at the age of sixty-three.
Frank had many skills during his life, primarily woodworking. Frank loved antiquing or "junking," as he called it, and could always find a treasure. His collection of die cast cars is one that brought him great joy, especially his Tucker cars. He enjoyed mechanical work and took pride in keeping everyone's vehicles in top running condition. Frank's greatest treasure in life was his family. He was always there to provide support, guidance, and reassurance. Frank enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren during their activities. He was their biggest supporter and fan. Frank enjoyed many experiences with his family, including: traveling, reunions, going out to eat, and attending activities.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Herbert. Survivors include: his wife Nancy; three daughters, Dana and her husband, Tom, Vanessa, and Sarah and her husband, Mason; one son, Joshua; four grandchildren, Samuel, Hannah, Sawyer and Roman; in-laws, Max and Sara; one sister, Linda and her husband, Jerry; one brother, Ralph and his wife, LaVonne; other relatives and friends.
