Jalynn R. Williams

A beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend, Jalynn Rose Williams left this world unexpectedly, at the age of 20, on May 13, 2019. She was born on May 3, 1999, the daughter of Alisha (Strom) Schau and Bobby Williams.
Through Jalynn’s youth, she got to experience more than anyone. She had the chance to explore and tour this entire world by living in Japan, Azores, and Germany, while she was living with her Uncle Jon and Aunt Deneka however, they were always Mom and Dad as well. In 2016, Jalynn returned to the states to finish high school at Cozad Senior High in Cozad, Nebraska, where she graduated in 2018. During her time in Cozad, Jalynn loved working at the Cozad Elks in the kitchen.
Jalynn was a loving and compassionate person who loved to be silly, and if there was any music playing you can bet your bottom dollar she would be dancing. She had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul. Jalynn was a lover of listening to music. We will always remember her infectious smile, piercing brown eyes and caring personality. Her presence in our lives will be sorely missed.
Jalynn loved family game nights, a mean game of gin rummy or just spending time with her family, her boyfriend “Mater” and friends just laughing about anything and telling stories. But she especially loved spending time with her niece and nephew, Savannah and Logan that thought she was the world!
When you think of Jalynn celebrate the good memories you have of her. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest which she did.
Jalynn was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gary Strom, Paula and Marlyn Schau; great-grandmother, Vera Morrison; great-aunt & uncle, Colleen and Leon (Pork) Bubke. She leaves behind her parents, Alisha & Mason Schau of Mankato, Minnesota, Bobby & Angie Williams of Ida Grove, Iowa, and Jonathan & Deneka Strom of Logandale, Nevada; brothers: Justin Niles and his wife, Jennifer, and Jacob Williams, all of Mankato, Minnesota, Dalton Clausen of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Evan Williams of Ida Grove, Iowa, Cole Strom of Logandale, Nevada, and Allen Price of Denison, Iowa; sisters: McKenzie Henkel of Arion, Iowa, Brittany Williams of Nevada, Iowa, and Phoebe Strom of Logandale, Nevada; grandparents, Jolene Strom of Carroll, Iowa; William (Butch) Jones of Phoenix, Arizona, Ron and Karen Anderson of Denison, Iowa, Marie and David Crandell of St. George, Utah, and Carol and Jack Korwes of Ida Grove, Iowa, great- grandfather, Milton Morrison of Carroll, Iowa; niece and nephew, Savannah and Logan Niles of Mankato, Minnesota; boyfriend, Dennis Egge of Mankato, Minnesota; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
