Lori L. Outhier

Lori Lynn Outhier was born June 3, 1963, the daughter of Arnold and Florence Hecht Jepsen. After battling cancer for 7 months, she died Monday, May 30, 2016, at her home in Shenandoah, Iowa, surrounded by her family at the age of fifty-two.
Lori was born in Storm Lake, Iowa, residing in Galva with her parents and sister until moving to Schleswig in 1965. She received her education in the Schleswig Community Schools, graduating with the class of 1981. Lori was united in marriage to John Philip Outhier on August 22, 1986 in the UCC in Schleswig. The couple was blessed in 1999 and again in 2002 with the birth of two children.
Over the past years Lori and her family have made their home in Storm Lake, Iowa; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Coon Rapids, Iowa and moving to Shenandoah, Iowa, in 2013. Lori loved her children more than anything else in the world. She worked as office manager and CA for her husband J.P.’s chiropractic clinic for 16 years. They were inseparable for 29 years, 9 months and 9 days.
Lori was preceded in death by her father, Arnold and a brother-in-law, Chris . Survivors include her husband, J.P., her daughter, ShelbyLynn and her son, John; her mother, Florence; and one sister, Carole.
