Pamela J. Putt

Pamela Jane Putt was born March 12, 1962, the daughter of Tom and Janice (Kanowski) Brungardt. She passed away Monday, October 17, 2011, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa, at the age of forty-nine.
Pamela was born in Omaha, Nebraska. She attended Denison Community Schools graduating with the class of 1980. She worked at the Lucky Lanes Bowling Alley after high school, and then started a family bait shop business in Lake View, Iowa. She was employed at Midwest Industries in Ida Grove, Iowa, from 1999-2006. She was united in marriage to Richard Putt at the Poudre Chapel in Poudre City, Colorado, on July 7, 1989, and to this union was born one daughter.
Pamela had a "green-thumb" when it came to her plant and vegetable gardens. She enjoyed picking plums and mulberries with Casey and Mike to make jam. Meatloaf and chicken noodle soup were just a couple of her homemade specialties. She loved to spend time with her family and socialize with friends. Bowling and vacationing in Colorado were some of her favorite pastimes. Pamela was a memorable lady with distinguishable character. Her loyal canine companion, Jasmine, could always be found by her side.
Pamela was preceded in death by her mother, Janice in 2010. She is survived by one son, Jacob, and his wife, Dayna; two daughters: Theresa; and Casey Jo Lynn, and her special friend, Kevin; three grandchildren: Tarissa Nicole; Keegan; Anthony; with Alayna to be born soon; her special friend, Mike of Ida Grove; her father, Tom of Denison; four brothers: Paul and his wife, Linda; Joe and his wife, Jill; Kurt and his wife, Ainsley; and Michael and his wife, Janelle; two sisters: Tina and her special friend, Jay; and Jodi and her husband, Ken; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
