Pennie Marie Lingle was born in Liberal, Kansas on April 7, 1972. She passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at her home in Denver, Colorado, at the age of forty-five.
When she was one, her family moved to Denison, Iowa, where she attended school. After high school, she attended college at South Dakota University where she graduated with a degree in Psychology.
After college, Pennie moved to Arizona where her sister lived and started bartending. She lived in Arizona for five years and then moved to Las Vegas for a short time. She finally found paradise in Colorado–that was her happy place. Pennie was very outgoing and liked to have fun. Everyone always knew when Pennie was in the room with her bubbly loud personality which is who she was. She loved the mountains, loved to go skiing, loved anything to do with the outdoors, camping, riding her bike and walking with her precious dog Blue. Pennie had a lot of great friends in Colorado, she will be missed greatly.
Pennie is preceded in death by her brother Jeff and also her father Allen. Pennie is survived by her mother, Marita Lingle of Denison, Iowa; her brother, Bryan Lingle of Moab, Utah; her sister, Jodi Carstens (husband Chad) of Elkhorn, Nebraska; seven nieces and nephews: Haylee, Riley, Lily, Bryson, Alec, Cade and Casey.
Pennie loved life and loved everyone. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
