Robert Alan Bell was born December 20, 1961, at Denison, Iowa, the son of Robert and Maxine Bell. He passed away Sunday, December 17, 2017, at University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska, at the age of fifty-five.
Bob received his education in the Denison Community Schools and graduated from Denison High School with the class of 1980. After graduation, he continued his education by taking classes at a technical school. Bob was then employed as a fabricator at Evapco in Lake View and was employed at a local trailer manufacturer until he became ill.
Being an outdoors man, Bob was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved his guns and shooting. His knowledge of guns & shooting were quite extraordinary. Bob enjoyed riding his ATV. He also enjoyed rock collecting and being a lapidary (polisher of rocks) and was very knowledgeable about them. He enjoyed rock music. Hunting and fishing shows were his favorite television programs. The companionship of his dogs, a Blue Pitbull and an Akita, brought him great pleasure. Bob always enjoyed dog training.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Bell and Maxine Boeck. Survivors include: his brother, James and his wife, Kristi; niece and nephew, Ashley and Austin; other relatives and many friends.
