Shane Kinnersley

Shane Joseph Kinnersley (Iowa Red) was born February 12, 1977, the son of David and Susan Bendickt Kinnersley. He passed away in Denison, Iowa, on Sunday, April 15, 2012, at the age of 35.
Shane was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and later moved to Iowa with his family. On May 3, 2008, Shane was united in marriage to Melani Rogers at the Pentecostal Church in Frederick, Oklahoma. Shane liked to ride dirt bikes and four wheelers, joke around, visit with friends and family, and take walks around town. Shane was a loveable person, easy to get to know, and able to cheer others up when they were sad. He was known for his saying, "Put your helmet on and lets go!" Shane loved his faithful canine companion Fat Boy.
Shane was preceded in death by his father, David; and grandparents, Marty and Leone. He is survived by his wife, Melani; his mother, Susan; two sisters, Heather and Kristine; and one brother, David and his finacee, Brandy; his grandmother, Hytha; many nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
Shane believed in God, love, and living life to the fullest. His memory will remain with us always.
