Shirley June Fineran

Shirley June Fineran was born August 2, 1953, the daughter of Louie And June Behnk. She passed away Sunday, December 14, 2014, at the Crawford County Memorial Hospital in Denison, Iowa at the age of sixty-one.
Shirley was born in Tildon, Nebraska. On May 17, 1971 she was batptized and confirmed in Christian faith in Clearwater, Nebraska. She attended Clearwater High School in Clearwater. After graduation she attended beauty school, Western Iowa Tech Community College and later received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix online. On June 19, 2004, she was united in marriage to Dennis Fineran.
Shirley was a very kind and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She found great joy in providing for and helping those around her. She was an avid gardener who loved to make things grow. She also enjoyed knitting hats, gloves, and scarves as well as making jams and jellies. She also played the accordion. Over the years, Shirley was employed at Farmland, as a nurse, Vernon Kings Insurance, and Thams Insurance, she loved her job and the people with whom she worked.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; and her father-in-law, John Charles Fineran. Survivors include: her husband, Dennis; her children: Duane and his wife, Chelly; Wendie and her husband, Nick; Victory and her husband, Chad; Pat and his wife, Melinda; Chrisi; Page and her husband, Brett; Connor; and Stephenie and her husband, Richard; two sisters: Betty and her husband, Dave; and Jolene and her husband Dan; one brother, Jerry and his wife, Patti; her mother-in-law Lorraine and her husband, Marlin; sister-in-law Deanna and her husband, Les; brother-in-law Steve; fourteen grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
